Sanela Bancevic is Head of Adriatic Central Services at Amrop Adria in Belgrade. She is managing a center for research services delivery and business development support within the Amrop Adria community.

She is also responsible for handling Executive Search projects; research, interviewing and selection processes.

Sanela is experienced in recruiting different levels of positions; from young talents to senior positions. She gained experience across different industries: FMCG, industrial, pharmaceutical and information technology, finance etc. She successfully closed assignments for numerous clients in local and international markets.

She is a holder of a Hogan Certification, demonstrating proficiency in the application and interpretation of Hogan assessments.

Sanela joined Amrop Adria as an Assignment Manager in January 2013.

Sanela started her Executive Search Consulting career with Neumann International in 2008, as a Researcher/Research Consultant.

Before she moved into the Executive Search business, Sanela worked for several FMCG companies where she gained practice in the field of marketing.

Sanela graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy.

She is fluent in Serbian, Croatian, and English and has basic knowledge of the German language.

Sanela is married and has two children, twin daughters.
